Process Mining, Mapping and Modelling
You may wish to start with Process Mining which automatically interrogates your current system logs, management information, databases and spreadsheets and creates an animated model based on your real data! You can immediately see what took place in your organisation over a period of time. You can then identify changes to the processes and see where savings in cost and efficiency may be made.
You may then re-model the most important processes and include extra features such as performance indicators, compliance information, risks and controls. You may then publish the processes to your intranet. This is what BPM|Protos has been designed for.
Routine Process Automation
Documenting and improving the processes is fine, however if you want to make sure that the processes are carried out as they are supposed to be, by the right person at the right time and in the right order whilst merging business data with documents and e-mails you may then implement Process Automation. All this directly from your process model. This is where BPM|Activate comes into play.
