Pallas Athena - process management - Home

The BPM|suite by Pallas Athena offers two methods of automating your processes.  Simple, structured processes may be ‘activated’ directly from the Process Modelling tool (BPM|Protos).  For more complex processes and case management we offer a more detailed design environment where you may tailor your processes further before release of the workflow.  You may introduce more complex constructs, create detailed forms and define all necessary integration with existing systems.

You may start with routine automation and migrate to complex workflow or you may introduce both options at the same time for different applications within your organisation.

What are the two Options?

Routine Process Automation (BPM|Activate)

With routine Process Automation you can activate your process models and create workflow applications at the touch of a button.  This ensures that the work is performed by the right people, in the right order and at the right time.  Automatic integration of workflow data with Word documents and e-mails is included together with deadline monitoring and escalation. You may also view the status of each job  at any time.

From within Process Modelling component of the BPM|suite (BPM|Protos) you may configure the model to automatically create input forms, define e-mails, specify work progression via queues and perform simple system integration.  All this directly from your process map at the touch of a button.  This is the strength of routine Process Automation, you configure the model and the software creates the application with no programming involved.

Workflow and Case Management (BPM|FLOWer)

For more complex process automation and case management you may introduce work optimisation, operational flexibility, complex forms, sophisticated integration with other systems, work balancing and business activity monitoring.  The BPM|suite by Pallas Athena workflow and case management module (BPM|FLOWer) is the solution for this.
